8月26日(二)是113學年度第2學期送論文格式審核的截止日，逾時無法受理。若錯過這次梯次，您將需要辦理114學年度第1學期註冊，完成離校手續後，於2026年3月中領取畢業證書。

另外提醒各位畢業生：
- 若您遇到老師出國等外在不可抗力因素，請務必於8月21日(四)中午前聯繫圖書館，以便進行個案評估並協助您解決相應的問題。
- 「步驟1：論文格式審核」跟「步驟2：論文上傳」在截止日前送出審核即可。截止日PM11:59送出也收件，不需在截止日當天審核通過。但強烈建議您提前完成所有流程，以避免最後一刻出現問題或被退回。
- 送件後請耐心等候2~3個工作天。依送件順序審查，不接受插隊。

August 26th (Tuesday) is the deadline for submitting your thesis for formatting review for the 2nd semester of the 113th academic year (referred to as 113-2, equivalent to Spring 2025). Submissions received after this date will not be accepted. If you miss this deadline, you will need to register for the first semester of the 114th academic year (equivalent to Fall 2025), complete the necessary procedures for leaving the school, and collect your graduation certificate in the March 2026.
Here is the schedule for thesis submissions for the second semester of the 113 academic year:

We would also like to remind all graduates of the following:
- In the event of external uncontrollable factors such as your advisor's travel, please ensure to contact the library before noon on August 21st (Thursday) for a case assessment and assistance in resolving any related issues.
- Submissions for "Step 1: Thesis Format Review" and "Step 2: Uploading the thesis" can be sent for review anytime before the deadline, including submitting until 11:59 PM on the deadline day. However, as this is the final round, we strongly advise completing all procedures in advance to avoid last-minute issues or rejections.
- Please be patient and allow 2~3 business days for processing after submission. Reviews will be conducted in the order received, and no requests to skip the queue will be accepted. We wish you a smooth thesis submission and success in your academic endeavors!
