📌 幾點提醒您留意：
- 您已可開始繳交學位論文並辦理113-2離校手續。
- 重要時間提醒（務必提前完成，避免壓線）：
A. 113-2論文口試截止日為7月31日。 整個7月皆為颱風季節，建議您不要壓線安排口試，以免因天候或其他不可抗力影響畢業進度。
B. 若錯過113-2畢業，下一次可領取畢業證書的時間為2026年3月中，即114-1畢業。
C. 尚未申請口試者，請盡速與系助理聯繫，確認口試申請截止日及需準備之資料。
D. 如需申請或更新 Turnitin 帳號，歡迎直接與我聯繫。
- 教育部公告新規定（針對紙本論文延後公開embargo）：
自114年8月1日（含）起口試之同學，若需申請延後公開「紙本論文」，需改用新版「延後公開申請表」（預計近期修訂公告）。新版要求：
A. 學生應於學位考試前提出申請，並於口試時由考試委員審核是否涉及機密、專利或依法不得公開；
B. 此流程僅適用於紙本論文的公開時間延後申請，不影響電子檔案之授權設定。
C. 學位論文電子全文授權維持現行作法（適用於電子檔 PDF）：若預計於5年內公開電子全文（包含立即公開），僅需在論文上傳至國家圖書館時，透過下拉式選單選擇公開日期，並由學生與指導教授簽署授權書即可，無需其他審查或說明。

Thank you for attending the thesis submission session for the 113-2 semester. Please find attached the PDF handouts in both Chinese and English, which provide complete guidance for this semester’s thesis submission.

📌 Please take note of the following:
- You may now begin submitting your thesis and complete the 113-2 school departure procedures.
- Important deadlines – please avoid last-minute submissions:
A. The deadline to pass the oral defense is July 31. As July is peak typhoon season, we strongly recommend not scheduling your defense at the last moment, to avoid delays due to unexpected events.
B. If you miss the 113-2 graduation, the next opportunity to receive your diploma will be mid-March 2026, which corresponds to the 114-1 graduation.
C. If you have not applied for your oral defense, please contact your department assistant immediately to confirm deadlines and required documents.
D. For Turnitin account applications or renewals, feel free to contact me directly.
- Important MoE Policy Update – Applies to Print Thesis Embargo Only:
Starting from oral defenses held on or after August 1, 2025, students who wish to delay the public release of their print thesis must use the new “Application for Delayed Release” form (to be announced soon).
A. Applications must be submitted before the defense, and committee members must evaluate confidentiality, patent issues, or legal restrictions.
B. This embargo policy applies only to the print thesis and does not affect electronic file authorization.
C. Electronic Full-Text Thesis Authorization Remains Unchanged (PDF Only): If you plan to release your electronic thesis (PDF) within five years, including immediate release, simply select the release date in the National Central Library upload system and sign the authorization form with your advisor.
