若同學於大四下學期經一般考試錄取本校碩士班，並有意於入學後申請「碩士班榮譽獎助學金」，請務必留意以下事項：

1. 無需繳交前七學期(大一至大三上學期)之歷年成績單，招生組會統一請註冊組提供。
2. 請於115 年 5月 29 日星期五前至教學大樓三樓招生組完成申請表填寫，。
3. 須為本國籍生

📌 補充說明

若同學無法於 05/29 前完成申請，仍可於 115 學年第一學期開學後一週內 提交，需注意：

• 請務必於開學後一週內完成申請，逾期不再受理。

Dear Senior Students,

If you are admitted to our university’s master’s program through the general entrance examination during the second semester of your senior year and intend to apply for the “Master’s Program Honor Scholarship” after enrollment, please take note of the following:

1. There is no need to submit transcripts for the first seven semesters (from the first year to the first semester of the third year). The Admissions Office will request them collectively from the Office of Academic Affairs (Registration Division).
2. Please complete the application form in person at the Admissions Office on the 3rd floor of the Academic Building by Friday, May 29, 2026.
3. Applicants must be nationals of the Republic of China.

📌 Additional Notes

If you are unable to complete the application by May 29, you may still submit it within one week after the start of the first semester of the 2026 academic year. Please note:

• The application must be completed within one week after the semester begins; late submissions will not be accepted.
